Ms. McPhee is a litigator experienced in representing a range of individuals, small businesses and large Northwest-based corporations. She primarily enjoys, and has a corresponding expertise in, legal analysis and writing, and in handling detailed investigations into the facts that build toward a successful prosecution or defense of a claim. Ms. McPhee drafted the appellate briefs responsible for Jones Law Group's most recent success in Lake v. Woodcreek Homeowners Assoc., decided in favor of our client by Division One of the Washington Court of Appeals, December 31, 2007.
Ms. McPhee received her juris doctor degree from the University of Oregon School of Law and her A.B. from Bryn Mawr College. Before entering private practice, she clerked for Chief Justice Gerry L. Alexander of the Washington Supreme Court and represented the State of Washington as an Assistant Attorney General. Prior to joining Jones Law Group, Ms. McPhee practiced at Riddell Williams.
Ms. McPhee is dedicated to giving back to our community and serves as Secretary for the Board of Directors of New Beginnings, a Seattle agency dedicated to ending domestic violence.
